I came to get some work done on my car today and let me tell the staff and customer service are top tier! 100out of 10! They looked at my car sent over what was needed immediately and what could wait. They helped me look at finance options just in case . I needed more work than what I could afford at the moment but the staff still spent time helping me decide on what I could get done today and I’m so grateful. I will be returning and I will always refer them to anyone needing work done. Justin and Matt are the absolute best!!

I’d like to leave a review for Choice Auto Care and tell future clients the following:
1) This review isn’t paid for and was not solicited
2) They go above and beyond to get the job done
3) At no point was I forced to do anything extra to my car
4) I have an absolutely crazy schedule that this company was able to work around and go above and beyond.
I needed an oil change for my 2021 dodge charger. They charged me dealership prices HOWEVER the communication, professionalism and overall transparency was well worth it.
They had plenty of availability and offered a free vehicle checkup where it was discovered that my brake fluid and air filter were worth replacing.
This work was organized in an online estimate with photos and costs associated. Nothing was urgently presented to me, however I opted to have the work done as a precautionary measure.
The work was done professionally and was complete by the end of the day. The team went above and beyond by delivering my car to my apartment complex while I was on a work trip and leaving the key with one of our staff members.
I appreciate the directness, organization and professionalism. You pay a premium for the service you receive but for someone with an irregular and always changing schedule, it was 100% worth it.
